Perinatal Mental Health Therapy
Support through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood
The transition into parenthood can be both meaningful and overwhelming. Therapy offers a space to process your experience, care for your mental health, and feel supported during this stage of life.
Common areas of support:
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (anxiety, depression, OCD)
Fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and grief
Intrusive thoughts or heightened worry
Birth trauma or difficult experiences
Adjustment to new parenthood
Identity shifts and relationship changes
Approach:
As a PMH-C, I provide expertise along with compassionate, nonjudgmental care tailored to your needs. Sessions may focus on emotional support, processing difficult experiences around pregnancy/ birth, coping tools, or strengthening your sense of confidence and connection.
What to expect:
We begin with an initial session to understand your needs and goals. Ongoing sessions are flexible and individualized, and you’re welcome to bring your baby if needed. Telehealth sessions are also offered to accommodate individual support needs.
